When you use Vakeel AI's features such as DraftGen or AI Legal Research (Vakai), your inputs ("prompts") and generated outputs are processed securely within our system to provide accurate and contextual responses.

Vakeel AI may use anonymised and aggregated prompt data and outputs — which contain no personal, client, or case-identifiable information — to improve and train its AI models and enhance the overall accuracy and performance of the Platform.

All documents, Case Data, client names, billing data, and confidential information uploaded through the Case Management System, Invoice, etc remain strictly private and are never used for training or analytics purposes.

We may share limited data with trusted service partners (payment processors, hosting providers, communication tools) who are bound by confidentiality and may use the data only for the intended purpose.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while your account remains active. Upon deletion, data is securely removed from active systems after fulfilling any legal or contractual obligations.
